What Is Oedema Care?
Edema is the medical term called one type of swelling. Body parts swell because of injury or inflammation. Edema can affect a small area or the entire body. Medications, pregnancy, infections, and many other can cause edema. Edema happens when your small blood of vessels leak fluid (blood) into nearby tissues. That extra fluid builds up there and which makes the tissue swell. It can happen anywhere in the body.
