Nevanac Eye Drop

Nevanac Eye Drops is an ophthalmic anti-inflammatory agent used to treat symptoms such as eye swelling, redness, pain, etc. associated with a cataract surgery. Nevanac Eye Drops medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 10 years of age.

One drop of  should be applied to the affected eye three-times-daily beginning 1 day prior to cataract surgery, continued on the day of surgery and through the first 2 weeks of the postoperative period.

How to take

Look upward, and gently pull down the lower eyelid to make a pouch. Hold the dropper directly over your eye and place one drop into the pouch. Look downward and gently close your eyes for 1 to 2 minutes. Try not to blink and do not rub your eye

Breast-feeding – Nevanac Eye Drops medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using Nevanac Eye Drops medicine. If the medicine is used, the infant should be monitored closely for any undesirable side effects.
