Tenoric 50 Mg
Tenoric 50 Mg is a beta-blocker. Beta-blockers affect the heart and circulation (blood flow through arteries and veins). Chlorthalidone is a thiazide diuretic (water pill) that helps prevent your body from absorbing too much salt, which can cause fluid retention.

How To Take
Take Tenoric 50 Mg in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tenoric 50 Mg may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Tenoric 50 Mg is preferably taken in the morning or 4 hours before bedtime to avoid frequent urination during the night.

Warning
Are allergic to atenolol, chlorthalidone or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. Have heart failure or second or third degree heart block.
Have a tumor called phaeochromocytoma. Have problems with your kidneys or liver. Have been told that you have higher than normal levels of acid in your blood (metabolic acidosis).
Have asthma, wheezing or any other similar breathing problems. Have got allergic reactions like insect stings. Have a type of chest pain (angina) called Prinzmetal’sangina. Have diabetes.
Uses
Tenoric 50 Mg is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems. This product contains 2 medications: atenolol and chlorthalidone. Atenolol belongs to a class of drugs known as beta blockers.
