Genteal Gel

Genteal Gel methylcellulose, the main ingredient of Genteal Gel, is used in the form of eye drops as well as eye gels as an ocular lubricant for the treatment of dry eyes. It is also used in the form of injection as a surgical aid during certain eye surgeries.

Genteal Gela disappearing preservative that turns into pure water and oxygen upon contact with your eye, thereby minimizing the irritation that may be caused by traditional preservatives while still providing the convenience and economy of the multidose form. All you feel is the soothing relief of the moisturizing ingredients, with the added assurance that each drop is as pure as the first.

How to take

Tilt your head back, look up, and pull down the lower eyelid to make a pouch. For drops/gels, place the dropper directly over the eye and squeeze out 1 or 2 drops as needed. Look down and gently close your eye for 1 or 2 minutes. Place one finger at the corner of the eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure.

Uses

The ophthalmic form of Genteal Gel medicine is used in the treatment of dry eyes; these may be caused by infrequent blinking; environmental conditions; medical conditions such as blepharitis (inflammation of the eyelids), rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid problems, etc.

The injectable form of this medicine is used as a surgical aid during eye surgeries such as cataract extraction, lens implantation, etc.
