Urotel XL 4 Mg Tablet

Urotel XL 4 Mg Tablet is used for the treatment of an overactive bladder, a condition characterized by symptoms such as a frequent feeling of a need to urinate, sudden urge to urinate, inability to control urination, leaking of urine, etc. Urotel XL 4 Mg Tablet is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years of age.

How To Take

Take Urotel XL 4 Mg Tablet in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Urotel XL 4 Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pediatric population – Urotel XL 4 Mg Tablet is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.

Angioedema and anaphylactic reactions – Urotel XL 4 Mg Tablet may cause angioedema (swelling) of the face, lips, tongue, etc. as well as severe allergic reactions in some patients. Seek immediate medical intervention if any such reactions develop. Appropriate corrective measures, dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Central nervous system side effects – Urotel XL 4 Mg Tablet may cause central nervous system side effects such as a headache, confusion, hallucinations, sleepiness, etc. in some patients. It is advised that you do not perform any activities such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery if you experience any such symptoms during treatment with Urotel XL 4 Mg Tablet. Appropriate corrective measures, dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Avoid taking this drug if you suffer from neurological disorders.

Be careful in case of hepatic or renal impairment, autonomic neuropathy or hiatus hernia.

Caution has to be taken while operating an automobile or machinery or engaging in activities requiring mental alertness.
