Are allergic to Temoside 100 Mg or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.Have had an allergic reaction to dacarbazine (an anticancer medicine sometimes called DTIC).

Have severely reduced blood cells (myelosuppression), such as your white blood, red blood, and platelet count

Has a serious form of chest infection called Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PCP)? Have ever had or might now have a hepatitis B infection

May have a small risk of other changes in blood cells, including leukemia.More prone to infections, bruising, or bleeding.Have liver or kidney problems

Temoside 100 Mg is an anticancer agent used in the treatment of certain types of brain cancers. This medicine should be used with caution in patients with a known history of hepatic and renal impairment. It is not recommended for use in children under 3 years of age.
