Perinorm CD 15 Mg Capsule is an antiemetic which is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy and radiation therapy. It works by blocking the action of a chemical substance that causes nausea and vomiting. Perinorm CD 15 Mg is not recommended for use in patients with gastrointestinal disorders like gastrointestinal hemorrhage, mechanical obstruction, or gastrointestinal perforation.

How To Take

Warnings

Pregnancy : Perinorm CD 15 Mg medicine is recommended for use in pregnant women only if necessary. The risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.

Breast-feeding : Perinorm CD 15 Mg medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless necessary. The risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.

Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS): Perinorm CD 15 Mg is known to cause Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome which is characterized by hyperthermia (fever), muscle rigidity, and altered consciousness. Report to the doctor immediately if these symptoms appear. Discontinue Perinorm CD 15 Mg treatment if the symptoms persist.

Depression : Perinorm CD 15 Mg may cause depression in patients with or without the prior history of depression. Any symptoms of change in behavior or suicidal thoughts should be informed to the doctor on priority. Discontinue the treatment if the symptoms worsen.

Uses

Perinorm CD 15 Mg is used to treat nausea and vomiting associated with the use of chemotherapy medicines for the treatment of cancer.

Perinorm CD 15 Mg is used in the treatment of Gastroparesis since it increases the gastric emptying and prevents nausea and vomiting.

Perinorm CD 15 Mg is used in the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease since it increases the gastric emptying and reduces the reflux of gastric contents.
