Warning

Are allergic to Nifedipine or any other similar medicines (known adihydropyridines) or to any of the other ingredients of Nicardia CD Retard 30 Mg.

Have had a heart attack within one month.

Get a sudden angina attack.

Have very high blood pressure (malignant hypertension).

Have unstable angina.

Have a “Kock pouch” (a surgically constructed intestinal reservoir with an opening through the abdominal wall) in your gut.

Have porphyria.

Nicardia CD Retard 30 Mg is used to prevent chronic stable angina pectoris (chest pain).

Nicardia CD Retard 30 Mg is not used to treat acute attacks of angina or heart attacks as it is a sustained release medicine.
