Topgraf 0.03% Ointment is an immuno-suppressant which is used in kidney, liver, and heart transplant patients. It should be used under the supervision of a qualified physician. Close monitoring of blood pressure is necessary while receiving Topgraf 0.03% Ointment medicine.

Topgraf 0.03% Ointment belongs to a group of medicines which are known as immunosuppressants. Thus, the drugs effectively weakens the immune system in order to make it easier for the body to adjust itself with the new organ that has been transplanted. The transplanted organ may be a heart, kidney or even liver.

How To Take

Topgraf 0.03% Ointment is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and gently massage the ointment. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Pregnancy: Topgraf 0.03% Ointment may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. Topgraf 0.03% Ointment benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Lactation: Topgraf 0.03% Ointment is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
