Seroflo 500 Rotacap is a combination medicine used to relieve symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest tightness, wheezing, coughing, etc.caused by asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 12 years of age. Seroflo 500 Rotacap medicine is used only for the maintenance treatment of asthma and is not useful for treating an acute, severe attack.

Drug = Fluticasone + Salmeterol

How To Take

The dose you take and how often you take it depends on the severity of your asthma and your age and should be as recommended by your doctor.  Seroflo 500 Rotacapdoes not work immediately, but is intended as a long-term medication which may take up to a week to start to work and it may take several weeks before you feel maximum benefit.  Follow the instructions provided when using your Seroflo 500 Rotacap.  You continue to take your Seroflo 500 Rotacapas long as is recommended by your doctor and you should not stop taking your Seroflo 500 Rotacap, even if you feel better.

Seroflo 500 Rotacap medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using this medicine. If the medicine is used, the infant should be monitored closely for any undesirable side effects.

Seroflo 500 Rotacap medicine should be used with caution in patients with a known history of liver function impairment due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition. Regular monitoring of liver function tests, appropriate dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Seroflo 500 Rotacap medicine should be used with caution in patients with a known history of hypokalemia (low blood potassium levels) due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition. Close monitoring of potassium levels, appropriate corrective measures, dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be necessary in some cases based on the clinical condition.

Seroflo 500 Rotacap medicine should be used with caution in patients with a known history of seizures due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition of the patient.
