Mentat syrup, Mentat DS syrup and Mentat tablets are LIKELY SAFE in most people within the recommended dosage. There is no adverse reaction observed with Mentat range.

Mentat Tablet may increase general anesthesia influence on the body, so Mentat Tablet should not be taken at least 2 weeks prior to the surgery. In epileptic patients, using Mentat Tablet may decrease the dosage requirement of other antiepileptic drugs, so therapeutic drug monitoring is recommended.
