Ifin 500 Mg is an effective antifungal medication used to treat infections caused by fungi and certain yeasts. It is used to treat skin infections such as athlete’s foot, jock itch, and infections caused by ringworm.

How to Take

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ifin 500 Mg may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Avoid Ifin 500 Mg with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.

Warning

Ifin 500 Mg should not be used if the patient has a chronic or active disease of the liver. It is advised to monitor the liver function on a periodic basis while taking this medicine. Any sign or symptom indicative of a deteriorating liver function should be reported to the doctor on priority.

Ifin 500 Mg can cause severe allergic reactions of the skin and hence caution is advised while use. Any sign of an allergic skin reaction after taking this medicine should be reported to the doctor immediately.

Ifin 500 Mg is known to lower the count of certain specific blood cells. It should be used with caution in patients who have a decreased blood cell count.

Ifin 500 Mg should be used with caution in patients having an impairment of kidney function.

Ifin 500 Mg should be used with caution in patients having a compromised immune system.

Use of Ifin 500 Mg may make your skin sensitive to light. Avoid unnecessary or prolonged exposure to sunlight while taking this medicine. Ensure that ample precautionary measures are taken before stepping into sunlight.
