Entavir 0.5 Mg Tablet is an antiviral drug which is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in patients with severe liver abnormalities. It reduces the amount of virus in the patient’s body, but Entavir 0.5 Mgdoes not cure the disease. Entavir 0.5 Mg medicine also may not prevent the complications of hepatitis B like liver cirrhosis. It also does not prevent the spread of HBV to other people.

How To Take

Take Entavir 0.5 Mg medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Entavir 0.5 MgTablet is to be taken empty stomach.

Side Effects

Headache, tiredness, dizziness, or nausea may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Entavir 0.5 Mg interaction with alcohol is unknown. Please consult your doctor. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Entavir 0.5 Mgbenefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Entavir 0.5 Mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

Entavir 0.5 Mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.Entavir 0.5 MgTablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Entavir 0.5 MgTablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
