Uses
Benoquin Cream (Monobenzone) is a topical depigmenting medication, used primarily in the treatment of Vitiligo which is characterized by white patches on the skin due to loss of melanocytes.
Benoquin Cream works by decreasing the amount of melanin and bring about uniform colouring of the patient`s skin. Benoquin Cream is not effective in treating hyper-pigmentation resulting from other pigments.
