Triohale Inhaler is a combination medicine used to relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, breathing difficulties, coughing, etc. associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
This Triohale Inhaler medicine is used in severe cases of COPD when treatment with a single medicine and second-line treatment with a combination of two medicines is not able to control the patient's symptoms. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years of age.

How To Take
Upper respiratory tract infection
Difficult or painful urination
Chest pain or discomfort
Difficulty with swallowing
Skin rash, hives, or itching

Triohale Inhaler is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Monitor the baby for dry mouth, constipation, and urinary problems.
