How to Take
Take Topamac 100 Mg in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Topamac 100 Mg may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Topamac 100 Mg should be used with caution in patients with known history of depression. It may increase the risk of suicidal thoughts. Educate the patient's caretakers about these symptoms. Inform the doctor if the symptoms persist.
