Phexin 250 Mg Capsule is used for the treatment of various infections that are caused by bacteria. Phexin 250 Mgincludes infections in the respiratory tract, bone infections, middle ear infection, urinary tract infection, skin infections and sore throat. Phexin 250 Mg can also be used for preventing endocarditis (heart valve inflammation) that is caused by an infection.
The common side effects of Phexin 250 Mg Tablet include indigestion, stomach pain and inflammation or irritation in the lining of the stomach. Being mild in nature, they tend to go away in a few days. There are some serious side effects though that may occur, which would require immediate medical help:

How to take
Take Phexin 250 Mg medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break Phexin 250 Mg. Phexin 250 Mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pregnancy = Phexin 250 Mg medicine should be taken during pregnancy only if Phexin 250 Mg is clearly needed under doctor's supervision.
Breast-feeding = Phexin 250 Mg medicine is known to excreted in human breast milk. Phexin 250 Mg should be taken only if clearly needed under doctor's supervision. Monitoring of undesired effects like diarrhea or thrush is necessary.
Allergy = Avoid if you have a known allergy to Phexin 250 Mg Capsule or Beta-lactam Antibiotics like penicillinsand cephalosporins. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any allergic symptoms like rash, itching, nausea or vomiting, swelling of lips, hands, and feet.
Phexin 250 Mg Capsule is used in the treatment of Otitis Media which is an ear infection caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilusinfluenzae, and Moraxella.
Phexin 250 Mg Capsule is used in the treatment of Pharyngitis which is an inflammation of Pharynx caused by group A Streptococcus.
