Olmesar 40 Mg
Olmesar 40 Mg helps reduce high blood pressure, thus lowering the chances of any future heart attack and stroke. It may also be used to improve the symptoms of chronic (long standing) heart failure. It helps to preserve kidney function, especially in patients with diabetes. Olmesar 40 Mg may be used alone or in combination with other medicines. It is taken by mouth (orally), with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Side effects are few and uncommon with Olmesar 40 Mg. However, dizziness may occur due to low blood pressure, particularly after the first dose.

How To Take
Take Olmesar 40 Mg in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Olmesar 40 Mg may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Volume and electrolyte depletion :- Olmesar 40 Mg may alter the blood volume and electrolyte levels in some patients. This may cause dizziness, dry mouth, and acid-base imbalance. This risk is especially higher in patients suffering from kidney and liver diseases. Close monitoring of blood pressure and electrolyte levels is recommended for such patients.
