Ledifos Tablet
Ledifos Tablet helps in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C (HCV). Ledifos Tablet drug is used in a combination with another drug, to prevent the spread of HCV throughout the body.
Patients who have liver issues, or kidney problems and are undergoing dialysis, are not advised the use of Ledifos 90Mg/400Mg Tablet. Also inform your doctor about any other health issues you are suffering from and if you are taking any medicines to treat them.
Ledifos Tablet is meant to be taken orally, either with food or without. Antacids containing magnesium or aluminum should not be consumed for a few hours after taking the drug. Ledifos Tablet drug should be taken regularly, preferably at a particular time each day. Try not to miss any doses.

How To Take
Take Ledifos Tablet in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.Ledifos Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pregnancy:- Ledifos Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
Ledifos Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Driving:- Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Ledifos Tablet, when taken together with other medicines for the treatment of hepatitis c infection, may produce dizziness, blurred vision and this may affect your ability to drive.
Kidney:- Ledifos Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ledifos 90 Mg/400 Mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Limited information is available on use of Ledifos Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.
Liver:- Ledifos Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Ledifos Tablet is recommended.
