This medication helps in the treatment of cystic acne or nodular acne that has previously not responded to any other kinds of treatment. It lowers the production of facial oil and prevents hardening of the skin. If acne is not properly treated it can cause permanent scarring.
On using Isotroin 10 MG Capsule you may experience the following side effects: drying of skin around the lips and mouth, bleeding from the nose, stomach upset, hair loss. Should these reactions continue or worsen with time notify your health care provider right away.

How To Take
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Isotroin 10 Mg Capsule is to be taken with food.

Alcohol = It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Isotroin 10 Mg Capsule. Taking isotretinoin with alcohol may have unpleasant side effects such as fast heartbeats, warmth or redness under your skin, tingly feeling, nausea, and vomiting.
Pregnancy = Isotroin 10 Mg Capsule is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation = Isotroin 10 Mg Capsule is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
Driving = Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Your night vision may get worse during your treatment. This can happen suddenly. Drowsiness and dizziness have been reported very rarely. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney = Isotroin 10 Mg Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Isotroin 10 Mg Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
If you experience excessive tiredness, puffy eyes and difficulty in urination while taking this medicine, inform your doctor and stop the therapy.
Isotroin 10 Mg is used for the prevention and treatment of severe and painful nodular acne.
