Iopar 250 Mg SR is a medicine that is used to treat glaucoma, an eye condition which may eventually lead to blindness. It is also used to reduce the severity and duration of symptoms caused by altitude or mountain sickness. It can also be used along with other medicines to reduce edema (swelling) or fluid retention associated with certain specific medical conditions as well as control seizures in certain types of epilepsy.
If your blood has low levels of potassium and sodium, or if you have adrenal gland problems or if you have high levels of chloride or other electrolyte problems, then Iopar 250 Mg SR is not to be prescribed. Taking aspirin alongside may increase the chance of Iopar 250 Mg SR Capsule Sr’s side effects.

How to take
Take Iopar 250 Mg SR medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break Iopar 250 Mg SR. Iopar SR Capsule is to be taken with food.

Iopar 250 Mg SR medicine is used along with other medicines for the treatment of edema, abnormal accumulation of fluid, which may be associated with congestive heart failure or the use of certain specific drugs.
Iopar 250 Mg SR medicine is used to relieve the symptoms of altitude or mountain sickness; these symptoms may include an upset stomach, a headache, shortness of breath, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, etc.
