How To Take
Take Dilvas 5 Mg in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dilvas 5 Mg is to be taken empty stomach.

Dizziness when getting up suddenly from a sitting position

Increase in the potassium levels
Hypotension :- Symptomatic hypotension may occur in patients with volume depletion or who are treated with high-dose diuretics. Correct the condition before starting Dilvas 5 Mg or start the treatment at reduced doses.
Hyperkalemia :- Dilvas 5 Mg may cause an increase in the potassium levels in the blood. Use with caution in patients with concomitant use of potassium-sparing diuretics or potassium supplements and in patients with impaired kidney function.
Pediatric population :- The safety and efficacy of Dilvas 5 Mg has not been established in children age below 18 years.
Cough :-Dilvas 5 Mg may cause persistent nonproductive cough. It is resolved when the medicine is discontinued.
Impaired liver function :- Dilvas 5 Mg may rarely cause liver injuries like jaundice or hepatitis. Discontinue the medicine if any signs of liver injury like increased liver enzyme levels.
