Cytoblastin Injection is a cancer treatment. The active ingredient is called Vinblastine Sulphate. Vinblastine is classified as a vinca alkaloid. It is indicated in the treatment of Hodgkin's disease, lymphocytic lymphoma, histiocytic lymphoma, mycosis fungoides, carcinoma of the testes, Kaposi's sarcoma and Letterer-Siwe disease (histiocytosis X). Cytoblastin Injection works by inhibiting microtubule formation in the mitotic spindle within cancer cells, which slows the spread and replication of the cancer cells.
