Cozartan 25 Mg helps reduce high blood pressure, thus lowering the chances of any future heart attack and stroke. It may also be used to improve the symptoms of chronic (long standing) heart failure. It helps to preserve kidney function, especially in patients with diabetes.
Cozartan 25 Mg may be used alone or in combination with other medicines. It is taken by mouth (orally), with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Side effects are few and uncommon with this medicine. However, dizziness may occur due to low blood pressure, particularly after the first dose.

How To Take
Take Cozartan 25 Mg in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cozartan 25 Mg may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Alcohol :- It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Cozartan 25 Mg. Taking Losartan with alcohol may excessively lower the blood pressure.
Pregnancy :- Cozartan 25 Mg is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor
Lactation :- Cozartan 25 Mg is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Driving :- It is not known whether Cozartan 25 Mg alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Kidney :- Cozartan 25 Mg is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Cozartan 25 mg Tablet is recommended.
