Combigan Eye Drop
Combigan Eye Drop is a beta-blocker. It treats ocular hypertension and open-angle glaucoma. It functions by controlling fluid over-production and pressure inside the eye thus preventing the chances of blindness. Combigan Eye Drop medication can be taken both orally or as an eye-drop.
Combigan Eye Drop Ophthalmic Solution is a combination medicine used for the treatment of increased eye pressure in patients suffering from open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension, conditions which may lead to eventual vision loss. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 2 years of age.

How to take
Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.

Combigan Eye Drop may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Combigan Eye Drop is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
To reduce the amount of Combigan Eye Drop that reaches the breastmilk, place pressure over the corner of the eye for 1 minute or more, then remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue.Do not drive or operate heavy machinery.
