Ciplox TZ Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat a variety of bacterial infections such as bronchitis, pneumonia, gonococcal infection, etc and protozoal infections in the stomach and genital areas. Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age.

How To Take
Take Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ciplox TZ Tablet is to be taken with food.

Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using this medicine.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using this medicine. If the medicine is used, the infant should be monitored closely for any undesirable side effects.
Use of Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine will increase the risk of developing tendinitis or tendon rupture during the treatment or several months after the treatment. This may affect your shoulders, hands, ankles, or other parts of your body.
You are at a higher risk if you are more than 60 years of age or if you have undergone a transplant of kidney, heart, or lung. You are also at a higher risk if you are on corticosteroids such as dexamethasone, methylprednisolone, or prednisone. Report any unusual symptoms to the doctor immediately.
Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.
Usage of Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine without sufficient proof or suspicion of a bacterial infection should be avoided. Irrational dosing might fail in providing benefits and may even cause toxicity. It may also increase the risk of development of bacteria that are drug resistant.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine may lower the blood cell count and may lead to leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and bone marrow aplasia. Close monitoring of WBC count, platelets is necessary while receiving this medicine. Discontinue the treatment if any signs of low blood cell count appear.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine may cause neurological effects like convulsions and peripheral neuropathy. Inform the doctor if you have any neurological problems. Any symptoms of convulsions, tingling or burning sensation of hands and feet should be reported to the doctor.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is used in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia which is a most common type of lung infection caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae or Haemophilusinfluenzae.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is used in the treatment of bronchitis which is an inflammation of the lining of the bronchial tubes caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilusinfluenzae, and some Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is used in the treatment of pyelonephritis which is a type of kidney infection caused by E. coli, Pseudomonas aeurginosa, Enterococci, Klebsiellapneumoniae, etc.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is used in the treatment of cystitis which is a bladder infection caused by E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococci, Klebsiellapneumoniae, etc.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is used in the treatment of a gonococcal infection, which is a sexually transmitted bacterial infection caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is used in the treatment of bone and joint infections caused by Enterobacter cloacae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Serratiamarcescens, etc.
Ciplox TZ Tablet medicine is used in the amebiasis which is a parasitic infection that affects the intestine and amebic liver abscess caused by Entamoebahistolytica.
