Major surgery :- Aten 100 Mg should be used with caution in patients who are scheduled to undergo a major surgery. An anesthetic agent with little negative inotropic activity should be selected to minimize the effect on the heart.
Lung Diseases :- Aten 100 Mg should be used with caution in patients with lung diseases who do not respond to other antihypertensive medications.
