Breast-feeding:- Angizem CD 180 Mg is not recommended for breastfeeding women. Use only if clearly needed under the doctor's supervision. Monitoring of blood pressure is necessary.
Hypotension:- Angizem CD 180 Mg may further decrease the blood pressure which results in symptomatic hypotension. Frequent monitoring of blood pressure is necessary. Dose adjustments are to be made based on the clinical condition.
Cardiac Conduction:- Angizem CD 180 Mg may cause slow heart rates and this effect is more in the patients who are on beta-blockers or digitalis. Frequent monitoring of heart function is necessary. Dose adjustments are to be made based on the clinical condition.
Impaired liver function:- Angizem CD 180 Mg may cause a mild elevation in the liver enzymes like alkaline phosphatase, LDH, SGOT, SGPT. These levels return to normal once the medicine is discontinued. Close monitoring of liver function tests is necessary. Dose adjustments are to be made based on the clinical condition.
